Come along on an adventure and deepen your writing
Event Details
Come along on an adventure and deepen your writing practice in this 5-week series of Writing for Wellbeing workshops. Using a wide selection of literature, from classical to contemporary, as our inspiration, we will engage imaginatively with archetypal narratives — Preparations, Departures, Heroes, Roads, Arrivals — to reconsider our own stories as a route to self-discovery.
In this supportive, confidential space, you will have the opportunity to share your own writing (though you are never obliged to do so), as well as to reflect on the writing of others. The reading and writing we do is intuitive, dynamic, collaborative at times, and without critique. No formal experience or preparation is needed, just a willingness to go on a writing journey.
